he household of an eight-year-old lady who died after falling from the balcony of a block of flats have spoken of their lack of a “lovely soul”.
Police had been referred to as to Wingfield Road, Portsmouth, at 6.50pm on August 24 following studies that Minnie Rae Dunn had fallen from a constructing.
A Hampshire Police spokesman stated: “We attended together with our colleagues from South Central Ambulance Service who handled the eight-year-old, who subsequently died.
“Inquiries are ongoing to ascertain what occurred.”
The spokesman added {that a} 43-year-old girl had been arrested on suspicion of neglect of a kid and had been launched on bail till November 24.
